This policy describes how Cartvero (“we”) handles personal data on www.getcartvero.com. The short version: this website collects as little as possible, uses no advertising trackers, and sets no marketing cookies.

What we collect

• Email you send us. If you contact hello@getcartvero.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply and to manage the early-access programme. We do not add you to mailing lists without asking.
• Aggregate usage statistics. We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics to count page views. No cookies are set, no personal profiles are built, and no data is shared with advertising networks.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses transiently to serve the site securely (e.g. DDoS protection).

What we don’t do

• No marketing or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
• No profiling, no automated decision-making.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact emails on the basis of legitimate interest (answering you) or steps towards a contract (early access). Emails are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email hello@getcartvero.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
