These terms govern your use of www.getcartvero.com and participation in the Cartvero early-access programme. Full commercial terms (including SLAs and a data processing agreement) are provided with your subscription agreement at onboarding.

The website

Content on this site is provided for information about the Cartvero platform. Prices shown are indicative launch pricing and exclude VAT; the exact plan contents and limits are those enforced by the platform and shown at checkout. Signing up creates a monthly subscription via Stripe that you can cancel at any time.

Launch phase

• Plans, limits and prices may evolve during the launch phase; changes are announced and never applied silently to a running subscription period.
• Free migration assessments are read-only analyses of your current shop and create no obligations on either side.

Your data

Shop data belongs to the merchant. Every shop runs in its own isolated database in the EU, backed up nightly. On termination we provide a full export and delete production data within 30 days.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Cartvero to sell illegal goods, infringe intellectual property, or send spam. We may suspend shops that put the platform or other merchants at risk, and we notify you before we do unless the risk is acute.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to use of this website is limited to direct damages. Liability under subscription agreements is governed by those agreements.
