You connect your own Stripe account and your customers pay you directly — Cartvero is never in the money flow. On Growth and Scale we charge no platform fee on top of native payments; you only pay Stripe’s own processing rates. On Starter a 0.5% platform fee applies.

Yes. Growth and Scale include migration assistance: catalogue import, customer export, and — crucially — SEO-safe redirects from your old URL structure so you keep your rankings.
You do, verifiably. Your shop runs in its own isolated database in the EU, and every night a full export lands in storage you can access. Leaving Cartvero is a download, not a negotiation.
